Well, we spent a week in SouthTexas, down in the Valley by the Mexican border and all we saw was the hotel and restaurants up and down the freeway. We flew down last Sunday to Houston, then to San Antonio, then had to drive to Weslaco (about 4.5 hours). Saw a lot of cactus, cattle and nothing on the drive.
The Super 8 is very nice, with a pool and palm trees. Rita spent all her time training, setting up and more training. The people were very nice but needed a lot of training and support.
Tomorrow we do the whole thing in reverse, leaving at 7:45am and should get home around 10pm. Hope the weather cooperates. At least Rita's now putting us in her carryon and not in the suitcase she checks in!! Last time it got very cold in the cargo hold!!!
