We're a little behind on our blogging because Rita has been hogging the computer for business. Early this week there was an ice storm here in Springfield, MO. We're staying at this nice Days Inn. The owner has ADD but he's very nice and made Rita waffles for breakfast several mornings (she said they tasted good but didn't share!). Because of the ice storm the hotel was short staffed and so 
the days were long for Rita because the owners and the staff that made it in didn't have anyone to relieve them during training and there were constant interuptions. The hotel was pretty full because a lot of people in the area lost power.
